Building character

 

The cub scouting program has been building character and strengthening families for over 75 years and it is a lot of FUN!

 

President Gerald Ford was the first eagle scout to become a U.S. President.  Scouting was so important to Ford that his family asked the Scouts to participate in his funeral. 400 Eagle Scouts were part of an honor guard.

William Gates Sr. was an active member of a Boy Scout troop and earned the Eagle Scout Award in 1944.

The first person to land on the moon was an Eagle Scout.  Neil Armstrong 1930 - 2012.
